Gem::Ext::BuildError: ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension. on installing therubyracer 0.12.2 with native extensions

Question

I tried all the method given like uninstall libv8 and then install therubyracer, nothing work for me ,can anyone help me to solve this issue?
