Macro to Create E-Mails with data from a Pivot Table

Question

I require a macro which I can run to create individual E-Mail with specific data from a Pivot Table i.e. If in row labels I have different departments and I want the data in the various columns to be sent only to that department in a specific row or subset of rows.

I would like to run one macro script which will then send an E-Mail to Finance with a screenshot of their data and one to marketing with a screenshot of their data.
