I'm dreaming of Right click > New Text Document (Notepad)

Question

I want: Right click > New Text Document instead of Right click > New > Text Document

WITH EXACTLY THE SAME DEFAULT BEHAVIOUR OF Windows10: Right click > New > Text Document

*DEFAULT BEHAVIOUR:

• It's let me change file name immediatly after I click New Text Document.
• And if I didn't change file name, it will automatically create a different file name every time like the following...

New Text Document.txt / New Text Document (2).txt / New Text Document (3).txt / New Text Document (4).txt / . . .

Is this possible ? I have asked many place but nobody can do it... The following answer is NOT resolved my question.

• right click and hit w+t
• save type nul >EmptyFile.txt as a .bat file and run that path as the command
• etc...
