Remote access by smartphone q see security camera system 4 channel DVR QT5140

Question

I have q see security camera system 4 channel DVR QT5140 I'm trying to do Remote access ,so I can access the cameras through my cell phone. the problem is it wouldn't connect to the network , and when I check port 80 by canyouseeme.org port is not working.

Here are what I have
