I am trying to use the CODICIL method (number 3) for partitioning my graph based on its network structure and node features.
The method needs an input file in Metis format. I haven't worked with Metis files. Does anybody know any library or code that can convert the adjacency matrix or edgelist of a graph to a Metis graph file?
