I cannot connect from the Microsoft Remote Desktop V.8 to the remote PC. I retrieved my password and user name but when I try to log on I get this message "Unable to connect to remote PC. Please verify Remote Desktop is enabled, the remote PC is turned on and available on the network, and then try again". I have set my gateway with the name of my VM. I used as PC name the external IP adress provided in the VM Instances window. I don't how to solve the problem. I am using OSX 10.12.6, i access google cloud platform from safari.
