How can I use a table/chart to view the cells that fall within a specific date range?

I have sales data that shows the start (min) and end (max) sell date of a product as well as a count of the products being sold during a given month. I need to filter to see which products are being sold during a specific month.

Using the image reference, we can see there are 44 products being sold during June 2014. How can I filter this data to see all the products that were being sold during June 2016? (The goal is to get an easy visual of what products were being sold at specific times.)
