Automator - Render multiple PDF as JPG, each retaining PDF name

Question

I need to render many 10-page PDF documents to JPGs. I can run a workflow to yield sets of JPGs, each retaining the name of the original PDF. The problem is that they are automatically numbered beginning with the second page. This thread addressed this problem, demonstrating how to run a shell script and get the set of JPGs named and ordered in the way I want. (Instead of Title 2_01, Title 3_02 [...] Title_01, I need Title_01, Title_02, ...)

So I'm wondering if it's possible to run something like the image below with multiple PDFs at once, 10 pages per file, and have every set of 10 JPGs retain the name of the original PDF (ordered 01 through 10).
