I'm trying to set up the Ruby on Rails for the first time for learning and have a problem with running it.

After using cmd: Rails Server I get the next error, and cannot understand how to fix it.

C:\Users\wwwst\test_install>rails server

Could not find gem 'sqlite3 x86-mingw32' in any of the gem sources listed in your Gemfile or in gems cached in vendor/cache. Run bundle install to install missing gems.
