dnsmasq - tag address possible?

Question

So I want to block a websites for specific IPs or MACs on a ASUS Merlin router and DNSmasq.

though I'd try something with tags:

dhcp-host=set:blockthis,5C:96:9D:84:F2:B7,set:red,PC-MACRED,192.168.1.30,20m
address=tag:blockthis,/double-click.net/127.0.0.1
address=tag:blockthis/.youtube.com/127.0.0.1

but that didnt work. Is it possible to tag the address option in DNSmasq or does anyone know of a better solution? I found a couple of thread of people asking the same question but never found a solution.
