MySql can't connect because i changed the "Limit to host matching"

1

Well i was playing with the MysqlWorkbench and i made a big mistake i think. I changed the "Limit to host matching" that said "localhost" to "0.0.0.0" so when i restart the Mysql server i couldn't log in. So how can i change to the default value?.I Can't enter to the "Limit to host matching" option any more and none of the other options.
