After few minutes of RDP, I get disconnected and ping gives General Failure

0

I RDP to home using my public IP and port 3389 (forwarded on my router to point on my machine). After a few minutes, I get DCed:

When I try to ping the IP from my machine, I get General Failure:

If my colleagues try to ping the IP, it's good. Does anybody know what is happening?

Network is still working, I can browse the Intranet and the Internet. Only that specific IP is giving General Failure when pinging. I also tried 4 machines now and always the same issue.

I know that we deployed Cisco Anyconnect on all the PCs now, even the desktop.

And sometimes, it's like this:

Well, is your network disconnected? Is the rest of the internet working for you? General failure usually means something really bad happened and I can't send the packets. This can range from your colleagues are pranking you and disconnected the wire all the way to the Windows driver for your network card is busted. We will need more details. – cdavid – 2016-04-12T17:18:55.060

You are missing important information like your Operating System. – DavidPostill – 2016-05-03T10:46:23.077
