I was told once:

"You would be a fine musician now if you had played an instrument since school, a great conversationalist if you communed in kindergarten, and you would be a great person if you were born a human."

This was told to me by a friend after I had proved to him the inconsistency and fallacy of many social ideas. I guess I just don't want to put up with the infinity of human stupidity and believe that sooner or later the world will be different.
