Started programming in 1990. Earned first money as a software developer in 1992, combining work with study at the Belarusian State University. Co-founded the software company in 1994 and have successfully led it over three digital epochs. Namely, through the times of standalone applications and file-server databases, client-server databases and computations, distributed cross-platform systems based on modern web and mobile technologies.

Built a strong team of IT specialists and brought to the market multiple software products. I enjoy and get much satisfaction from taking first-hand participation in every step of software creation: envisioning an idea, sharing the vision with the team, creating specifications, planning, assigning tasks and overseeing the development process, solving hard cases, presenting the finished solution to a customer, supervising deployment and organizing technical support.
