I've been actively developing for the web since 2000, starting with app development in asp and flash. But I started out as an electronics engineer in the U.K. developing complete embedded micro controller systems: hardware and software in C and assembler for industrial and aerospace applications. I also lead some projects and small development teams at that time.

I'm equally experienced on the backend (php - several popular frameworks & node express)and front-end (webpack, Es6, vuejs etc) and have some really good apps and websites in active use in the wild.

While I have a fairly solid client base (served by my existing web apps) its no match for the challenge and self-development potential of working with other creative professionals. Hence why I've taken on some contracts with local software firms in recent years and am now looking for an interesting remote contract.

I've been a citizen/resident in 3 countries (Uk, Spain, Canada) and developed diverse interests and entrepreneurial skills.
