I run our tech support for network transceivers and cabling. I feel I have a great deal of knowledge about transceivers, DAC, AOC, Mux/Demux, how they work, what options there are, how are they coded, compatibility and troubleshooting ports.

On the other hand, my knowledge about networking still needs a great deal of improvement. I am studying now for my CCNA/CCENT/CCDA/CCNA: Security Certifications. I will be taking my tests in September.
