Developer by passion, my life was filled by a multitude of different challenges around that. I founded some own companies, helped startups building them as a CTO, worked for banks, the public sector, then several startups, small and mid-sized companies to use Lean Startup techniques to build ideas fast, to learn and to measure. Currently, I'm working for DB Systel, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn.

I like finding solutions for problems, dig in the (virtual) dirt and help teams to learn and grow.
