BY DAY: Remedy ITSM consultant in a consulting company

BY NIGHT: Wrote a complete integration between BMC Remedy and Ms SkypeforBusiness / Lync. This involved coding in C#, Java, javascript, ... Building webservices between the application engine I have created and that works with Ms Workflow, and Remedy, back and forth, for the Server-side integration. Building Remedy workflow and java-based Remedy plugins, integrating and communicating with embedded Silverlight objects, who in turn communicate with the Lync client, for the Client side integration. Started a startup and launching the commercial phase of the product... Quite busy actually!
