Nick Groenen is a system engineer and software developer from the Netherlands, where he currently works at a travel agency by the name of TravelBird.

Aside from a fascination with IT, Nick loves to read and will occasionally dabble with Asian cooking as well. He’s also been a long-time resident of Second Life, where you may find him exploring the seedier parts of virtual worlds.

Nick is a co-maintainer of Err and a big proponent of open-source software in general. You can find some of his own code on GitHub.
