I've been a data nerd since 1991, a programmer since 1996, a SQL junkie since 2001, a professional software engineer since 2005, and a DBA since 2014. Though I've only officially become a DBA recently, I've been designing, programming, and maintaining databases throughout my entire professional career. I primarily work with SQL Server, but I've worked in Informix, MySQL, and SQLite (plus PostgreSQL a tiny bit).
