Having started her career in a Cisco- and Unix-based ISP in 1995, Jessica was an active beta tester for Microsoft's internet server technologies, and was the primary engineer for the very first live multicast event based on Microsoft's streaming media technologies. She also had the privilege of delivering a technical overview of IIS4 at a Microsoft DevDays conference shortly before its launch.

With 15 years of experience in Windows Server technologies, including IIS, SQL Server, and many other related technologies, as well as a strong scripting and development background, she is now part of a dynamic team supporting complex hosted solutions at NTT America.
