Arrived at a host institution for an extended stay. Connected my Linux PC to their "guest network". Was told that I may use their printers through queue "printserv.xxx.yy". How to set up my PC to use the printers exposed by that queue?
Tried ping printserv.xxx.yy, does work.
Found no pertinent option in the CUPS administrative interface at http://localhost:631.
Web search returned plenty of pages that explain how to set up my PC as a print server - which is kind of opposite to what I need.
