I am testing usb to ethernet adapters by using iperf. The product I am testing has 12 ports to test, and I have 12 usb to ethernet adapters each having their default ip address.

I am using Test Stand to test these ports. My tests are stable and they all pass. When I tested for almost 03 hours, I got this error, " iperf3: error - unable to connect to server: No buffer space available". I am closing all previous instances of iperf in the cleanup and that should kill all the active iperf active sessions, but I am not sure if that resets the buffer as well or not. Also, before starting any test, I close all the iperf sessions, which "fails" and that indicates that the previous test session closed the iperf sessions.

My system is windows 10 RAM 8.00 GB

Is there a way to reset the buffer size? Or maybe increase the buffer size to a maximum and then see how it behave when I test for one day continuously.

Do you know already how should I tackle this issue? How to maybe reset the buffer size?

or maybe set it to the maximum (8 MB (8096 KB)) as the default buffer size for TCP connection in iperf is 128 KB.
