I have a Windows 2019 Server that is failing to start the AFD service which is preventing the system from booting in normal mode. In general, the advice online to run a ton of Microsoft Auto-repair tools till the issue goes away, so far none have helped. I am trying to scope the issue by enabling and reading the bootlog now.

I recorded the bootlog without issue, the problem is reading it. Naturally the lines that start with BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED are suspicious, but I cannot say for certain how important they are. Is there any reference to reading the bootlog? Should i ever see a 'BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED' statement?

note: I do not have another windows 2019 server so I cannot generate a good bootlog to compare to
