I have a client that needs to get an app off EC2-Classic and over to a VPC in the next few days because EC2-Classic is being retired on August 15, 2022.
It is a simple app with 2 Classic EC2 Instances, 2 Classic Elastic IPs and 2 Classic Security Groups.
Should I use AWS Application Migration Service (MGN) or simply follow this guide and create AMIs for the 2 instances, copy the security groups, and migrate the Elastic IPs?
