I'm attempting to make a chat bot for our IT support chat, just basics like when a user reports their machine isn't switching on a bot will instruct them to try pushing the cables back in before escalating it to the IT team.

I've created a bot on Power Virtual Agents and I'm trying to add it to the specific IT Support chat in order to respond to messages.

However, I can only seem to talk to it via a direct conversation with the bot itself. The documentation is a bit confusing and it seems as if this isn't possible.

Does anyone have any experience utilising these bots in a Team conversation?
