When I connect the server power cable to UPS it beeps once as if there is overload. Afterward the server turns on normally without any problem. This happens randomly every time I turn on the UPS or plug the server power cable into the UPS. I changed all internal parts of the server including VGA, Disks, PSU (except the MB) and even I used a backup UPS which also beeps slightly when the server is connected to it. Is it possible that the MB is causing this power problem?

    please let us know what ups, server and power supply are beeing used. it could be that this is a normal behavior due that the current for less a second is higher due the reason that coils and capacitors getting charged – djdomi May 28 '22 at 14:17
