I by mistake ran sudo chowm -R 777 / and logged out of the ssh session.
Now I cannot AWS Lightsail Instance through SSH or through the web client.
It says
An error occurred and we were unable to connect or stay connected to your instance.
If this instance has just started up, try again in a minute or two.
UPSTREAM_NOT_FOUND [519]
On my terminal it says
kex_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset
