I am using OPNsense to host my OpenVPN server. I can connect to the VPN server from a VPN client using the "tun" device mode. In this mode, I am able to successfully navigate my LAN via the VPN client. Due to this, I believe that all my routing is properly in place. My VPN client adapter gets an address from the IPv4 tunnel network (10.10.10.0/24). My local LAN is 192.168.0.0/24. The problem arises when I try to access a hosted Unreal Tournament 2k4 server on my LAN network.

I am assuming that I need to have my VPN client land on the same network as the LAN that is hosting the Unreal Tournament server. If this is the case, I believe that I need to have the VPN server configured using "tap" device mode. I have successfully made these changes, and I can see on my VPN client that I am getting successfully connected and assigned a DHCP address (192.168.0.100) that falls within the range of "Server Bridge DHCP Start" and "Server Bridge DHCP End". However, I can't ping anything on the 192.168.0.0/24 network from the VPN client. I am thinking that I am not getting a default gateway, as when I try to tracert to 192.168.0.1 on the VPN client, it tries to go out my VPN clients router gateway (172.20.10.1).

Can someone please help me get this "tap" device mode configured properly? Let me know what other information would assist in determining a solution.
