In my google workspace account, we have a recent issue with receiving emails. Some of our external emails are coming into the spam folder.

I have no idea what might cause this and would like some professional advice on how to sort this out? Thanks a million!

  • Mark the legitimate ones as non-spam. Give it a few days, and keep doing it. Check spam regularly, even after this incident, as any automated system will sometimes make mistakes like this. – ceejayoz Mar 03 '22 at 16:58

    Also consider switching to a non-Gmail account for critical mails as Gmail is notorious for their aggressive spam classification and high false positive rate. – Tilman Schmidt Mar 03 '22 at 18:08
