I'm trying to disable both TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 using WHM. There are identical questions on here but none with an answer.

In Apache Configuration my SSL/TLS protocols are defined as: all -SSLv2 -SSLv3 -TLSv1 -TLSv1.1

When I run SSLlabs it suggests that SSLv2 and SSLv3 are disabled but TLS1.0 and TLS1.2 are still enabled.

My Cipher suite is set to: ECDHE-ECDSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-ECDSA-CHACHA20-POLY1305:ECDHE-RSA-CHACHA20-POLY1305:DHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:DHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384:TLS_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256:TLS_AES_128_GCM_SHA256

I have rebuilt and restarted apache each time, but nothing seems to make any difference.
