In our environment we have Primary AKS cluster running in West Europe and we have ACR in the same region. But now we are setting up a DR instance of AKS cluster in the North region. Only AKS cluster only will be planning to provision in the DR region and need to use the geo replicated instance of ACR for the secondary region AKS cluster.
By going through the different articles in the internet, couldnt find a proper solution.
Below are the requirements
- Secondary instance of AKS cluster should use the geo replicated instance of Primary region ACR itself
- What are the configuration need to be performed from ACR side to enable this
- and what are the configurations need to be enabled for AKS cluster to use the geo replicated instance of ACR.
- What are the pre requisite for this to achieve
- Do we need to setup anything in the AKS cluster provisioning itself for this or after aks cluster provisioning also we can enable the same?
