I want to grant a tech person ssh root access to my Oracle Linux Server 7.7 in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to configure something. How can I protocol/log for a ssh user everything he does?

I am aware that he may tamper with protocols (root rights) but I am not expecting him to do so.
