Pretty sure senior developer applies by now even though I never wanted that title.

Did C, .NET, Java, JavaScript, a ton of python and a load of ecosystem libraries most of which I cannot even remember anymore.

I still dislike C++, because it's still just to big and even if you can do almost everything, the workaround to get it done are just too annoying.

Beyond languages, my current primary work areas include Spatial Data, Semantic Web, Knowledge Modelling, Description Logics

Ah, and if you care, I'm the author of the LillyTab SHOF(D) reasoner: https://github.com/pwub/lillytab.

Some people's way of teaching is equivalent to signaling "You are stupid, I know better, listen to me (and everybody else is dumb as well)" with every word and sentence. It usually starts with "Please ask the question in my preferred way".

This is often veiled behind an excuse of technical correctness, although in all correctness, they usually forget to shoot the arrow at the target.

Just ignore them, and remember they are observationally challenged when it comes to their own limitations more often than not.
