flatkill has been floating around for a while, and honestly it was the reason I was personally resistant to using flatpak packages for a while.

I'm wondering though, most of the article is written from the perspective that you are installing flatpak packages with privileges normally reserved for the package manager. what are my risk at using it at user level with flatpak install --user SomePackage(in an account that isn't a member of the wheel group)?

My naive perspective is unless they somehow use bubblewrap to gain privilege escalation, the risk associated with using flatpak install ---user is limited to the risk of the account itself being compromised (which I imagine can still be pretty devastating), though I could be gravely mistaken on that count. though come to think of it if you are using flatseal I guess that would be a point of failure as well.
