This is in direct violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.

I love treason.

20,000 is only the beginning... a small enough force to avoid large scale public dissent but great enough to desensitize civilians to the military presence and set a precedent for a future expanded program.

Kaydon - From what I can see, 3 of the 5 "test" states are in the South so that certainly does seem a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.

It is like a tune on the wind. When it blows just right you can almost make out the melody, but for most parts it is lost.

All the world leaders saying there will be an incident in the future. Obama saying there will be trying times ahead and now this, the paving of a path to Martial Law.

Rather sounds like the tune could be a Kaddish to me....

There are two different schools of thought on on this by two very different types of people.

The first type of people, upon first seeing military presence on their street will think "It's time to bury the guns", while the other will think "It's time to dig up the guns". Which catagory are most people near me I wonder?

I really like your sigline quote, Kaydon.

Fester - As long as they are thinking, I don't mind which they pick. Either is better than "Oh, the government is doing something to help us in case those doubleplus ungood thought criminals attack The Party"

"It's time to bury the guns"

Which happens to be the "MOLON LABE!" crowd.

Well, I think you know where I stand.

I need to bring something to your attention regarding that.

I really like your sigline quote, Kaydon.

Me too. For it is truth.

Fester - As long as they are thinking, I don't mind which they pick. Either is better than "Oh, the government is doing something to help us in case those doubleplus ungood thought criminals attack The Party"

That's a quarter of the problem. The media will paint this as action to prevent us "extremists" from ya know.. saving the nation.

Time to dig them up, it's much easier to subdue the 20,000 as opposed to the hundreds of thousands in the not-so-distant future.

It is Treasonous, and we all know the punishment for Treason...

"Really officer, all of my firearms were lost in a horrible accident several years ago."

Time to stockpile more ammo and reloading components too. I think that to few people maintain an adequate amount, in my opinion 2000 rounds is about the minimum. The nicest firearm in the world is a poor hammer or club without the proper ammunition.

Try to keep weapons for SHTF type scenarios in common calibers, not to many places that stock .577 Tyranasaur. Every sporting goods store in the world will likely have .22 rimfire. Also having weapons chambered in NATO calibers will come in handy. ;) Battlefield pick ups will be a primary source of supply.

So let me get this straight...

A bill is currently going through the house to ban "assault" type weapons and limit ammunition. It will pass because the piece of shit ass hole fucktard Obama will sign it.

NOW we have 20,000 troops deploying in the United States? This is unbelievable. Don't they understand what they're doing? If they are truly afraid of a terrorists attack, I think I speak for most people when I say that I would rather die in a terrorist bombing than live in a country with martial law and have my rights sucked away piece by piece. I'm speechless right now...

Oh yeah, no need to dig up my guns. I have mine ready at all times.

 Any temporary government act always becomes permanent. And I live in Canada. Thank god for parents who saw the writing on the wall (first South Africa and now the States) who took the family to Canada. Lets hope the peace up here lasts.

Read this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posse_Comitatus_Act#Exclusions_and_limitations

So it seems that the government is twisting the laws.

You may have peace, but you don't have an AR-15.

Let's also hope the government decides to feed us, cradle us, and allows us to suck their voluptuous teats

It's amazing how evasive the writing is even though it is in plain view. There is a reason it is the right to bear arms. Canada would've been much better had we followed our American brothers. So instead of hoping peace lasts, perhaps we should ensure it lasts with all of our might. Hence the 2nd A.

You may have peace, but you don't have an AR-15.
Bottom line. SHTF you may as well raise the white flag and 'hope' you don't get sodomized with the flag pole.

The thing that truly frightens the shit out of me are the brainwashed morons that support this. They are dangerous!

And yes, as others have said, make it look like you are 100% on board, but stay ready for that one special moment when the SHTF.

Also, Canada does have gorgeous, milk-filled tits; for now.
