Korephilia

Korephilia is a paraphilia and sexual attraction of a woman towards a pubescent or postpubescent girl. Some sources describe it as lesbian hebephilia or lesbian ephebophilia while others describe it as the feminine equivalent to pederasty, which constitutes an adult male and young boy.[1] The word korephilia comes from Greek, specifically, κόρη kórē meaning "girl" and φιλία philíā meaning "love".[2] In contemporary times there has been an increase in depictions of korephilic relations in popular culture. These include The Vagina MonologuesFile:Wikipedia's W.svg, where an older woman seduces a thirteen year old girl, the 2013 film Blue Is the Warmest ColourFile:Wikipedia's W.svg, which depicts a 15 year old schoolgirl with an adult woman[3], and The RunawaysFile:Wikipedia's W.svg, released in 2010, which features an erotic scene between an underage Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart, which raised questions on whether the film has raised any age of consent laws violations in the U.S. where it was filmed.[4]
