David P. Amrein is a disciple of not-a-medical-Dr Hulda Clark.

Mr Amrein is the founder of "Dr. Clark Research Association", aka "Dr. Clark Zentrum", based in Switzerland, which is carrying on the unproven Hulda Clark electronic-zapper "protocols" in Europe.

Like his mentor Ms Clark, Mr Amrein is a recipient of a summary judgement from the FTC preventing him from repeating unsubstantiated claims that the zapper devices he sells can cure cancer, AIDS, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's, and other serious/terminal illnesses.[1]

The student may have surpassed the master: Mr Amrein received a second summary judgement from the FTC in 2012 in relation to pharmaceutical anti-impotence treatment; unlike the consumers' penises, the charges against him stood up in court.[2]
