19 Kids and Counting
19 Kids and Counting was a crappy reality television show on the TLC network. The show featured the fundamentalist evangelical family of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, all their J-named kids, and their annoyingly very Christian views. The "values" presented on the show are associated with the Quiverfull movement, but the family states that they are not part of the movement.[1]

The show, started in 2008 as 17 Kids and Counting, spawned numerous specials about the mom's latest deliveries and their oldest children's weddings. Some family members, notably Michelle Duggar, have come under fire for their anti-abortion and homophobic views.[2]
Canceled
19 Kids and Counting was suspended in May 2015 as allegations of a cover-up of the eldest son Josh Duggar's child sexual abuse of the family's younger daughters surfaced. The sibcest allegations also ended Josh Duggar's wingnut welfare job in the political arm of the Family Research Council.[3] Former governor Mike Huckabee (R-AR) stood by the family at first,[4] then quietly stepped back from them. As if this example of pious preaching and less than pious conduct wasn't enough,[5] Josh Duggar's name also came up on the client list of the adultery website Ashley Madison after it was hacked.[6] On July 16, 2015, TLC announced that the show has been officially canceled and would not resume production.[7] Good riddance.
A new show has been aired with two Duggar sisters, their husbands and families.[8]
