It has a thirty second start-up time, a replaceable two sided head, and three power settings for adjustable steam output. It commonly fails due to using non distilled water, using strong chemicals, or using on something other than floors.
Identification
This model of the Shark Pocket Mop is identified by a silver plate on the front with shark emblem in the middle. The device model number S3601 is located on the back of the device under the water reservoir tank. The silver plating on the front of the device differentiates it from the other mops.
