Identification and Background
Released in May 2011, the Samsung Droid Charge, also known as the Galaxy S Aviator and Galaxy S Lightray, can be identified by its mirror gray color, slim design, and 4.3" touchscreen.
It has a rear-facing 8 megapixel camera, as well as a 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera. It has a display resolution of 480x800 pixels.
The phone features a 1GHz "Hummingbird" processor, co-developed by Samsung and Intrinsity. It combines a 1GHz ARM Cortex-A8 based CPU core with a PowerVR SGX 540 GPU.
