The Ryobi ONE+ 18V 1.5 Ah Lithium-ion battery is a cordless tool battery back manufactured by Ryobi. Ryobi Limited is a Japanese manufacturer of components for electronics, automobiles, and telecommunications industries. Ryobi is also a seller of printing equipment, power tools, and builders’ hardware.
The Ryobi ONE+ 18V provides up to two times the runtime of Ni-Cd batteries and works with over 175 ONE+ power tools that are part of the same platform. Any 18-Volt ONE+ blue or green tool works with this battery. The battery features lithium-ion cells and produces 1.5 Amp-hours. The battery is designed to withstand cold weather conditions and features Ryobi’s '“Extreme Weather Performance.” Battery chargers and tools are sold separately. The battery snaps into place in ONE+ power tools and detaches with quick-release easy-access latches. The 18-Volt battery can be recharged on any Ryobi 18-Volt ONE+ Dual Chemistry charger, which is sold separately.
The Ryobi ONE+ 18V 1.5 Ah Lithium-ion battery is grey in color and includes the name “Ryobi” printed in capital letters on the side of the battery. It also includes the words “Lithium 18V” printed in black letters with a white/grey border, and “1.5Ah” printed in yellow font on the side of the battery.
