Troubleshooting

If you are having problems with your Dustbuster, please refer to the troubleshooting page.

Background and Identification

The Dustbuster utilizes a thin rotating nozzle that allows the user to get those hard to reach places. Unlike most vacuums, the Dustbuster has attachments on the end of its nozzle (brushes and crevice attachments) so there isn't any loose attachments sprawled throughout your home. Internally the Dustbuster scoops up the debris in a cyclone manner to maintain filter health.
