Weak point The head of every Zombie contains the Zombie virus. The infection keeps the Zombie alive (so to speak), but should it be removed, the Zombie dies. Any attack that specifically targets the head kills it as long as the DM concludes that the weapons pierces its brain. Keep in mind that most weapons will, ranging from anything to bullets and daggers to arrows and axes.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d6) Piercing damage + 3 (1d6) poison damage. On a hit, the target must make a DC 11 Constitution save. On a failure, they are contracted with the zombie virus and will die in 1d8 hours. If they do die with their brain intact, they reanimate as a zombie 3 minutes to 8 hours later. The virus has no effect if the bitten part is amputated immediately after being bit. Healing magic of 6th level or higher removes the virus from a someone who is infected but still alive.

gollark: Based on what? Did you *look* at these statistics?
gollark: Well, sources on your claim then.
gollark: Does it now.
