Charge. If the world feeder moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a bite attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Tunneler. The world feeder can burrow through solid rock at half its burrow speed and leaves a 5-foot-diameter tunnel in its wake.

Turning Defiance. The world feeder and any undead within 30 feet of it have advantage on saving throws against effects that turn undead.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The world feeder makes two melee attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (3d6 + 2) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking 6 (1d12) poison damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a success.

Constrict. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 15 (3d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained, and the world feeder can't constrict another target.

The dark influences that gave birth to the eater of worlds have produced smaller, but just as deadly worms. A world feeder is similar in appearance to the eater of worlds, but is shorter and somewhat slimmer, with only two lines of eyes running down either side of its body. They tunnel through the ground in strange, looping patterns, eating anything they encounter. If left to grow and mature for a period of years or even decades, its possible one may reach the size and power of the true eater.
Deep inside its body, a world feeder burns with unholy green flame, perhaps the source of its insatiable appetite.

Undead Nature. A world feeder doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
