Witch’s Head of Undeniable Wisdom (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, very rare A small witch’s head adorned in piercings and wrinkles that you hold by fraying strands of hair. They were first found in the island of Schloggum, but are mainly stolen by Ayvantigan knights.
