Winner (3.5e Template)
Winner
A Winner is a kind of Cartoon that always seems to come up with an implausible way of getting out of something, always coming out on top during encounters on their home plane, the Cartoon Plane. They almost always find a way to win, even if it breaks all laws of Material Plane physics.
Creating a Winner
"Winner" is an inherited template that can be added to any Humanoid, Monstrous Humanoid, or Giant. The most comon Winners (and their counterparts, the Losers) are anthropomorphic animals.
Size and Type
The creature's type changes to Outsider (Chaos). Do not recalculate saves, Base Attack Bonus, or Skill Points.
Speed
A Winner's Speed increases by 10 ft. In addition, a Winner runs at ten times its normal speed, not four.
Armor Class
Winners add a Deflection bonus to their armor class equal to their charisma modifier.
Special Attacks
Giant Hammer (Su): A winner can summon a Gargantuan Warhammer and attack with it as an attack action. This deals the usual damage, and also forces the target to make a Reflex Save (DC 12) or be sent flying as if he had been affected by the Awesome Blow Feat. A winner is not penalized for using this weapon, but only for this weapon.
Reverse Trap (Ex): A Winner can use any ranks he or she has in Bluff when dealing with traps, as opposed to the Trap-Maker's Sense Motive check. If the Bluff succeeds, the Trap springs on the maker, not the Winner.
Special Qualities
I Never Took Law: A Winner is not affected by Gravity. There is no such thing as "down" to a winner.
Abilities
