Inner Focus. The weavile has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.

Snow Camouflage. The weavile has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in snowy terrain.

Pressure. All creatures of the weavile's choice within 30 feet of it have disadvantage on Constitution saving throws.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The sneasel makes three attacks, either with its Night Slash or with its Ice Shard.

Night Slash. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage.

Ice Shard. Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) cold damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or have disadvantage on attack rolls until the end of its next turn.
