Weapon Skill (D20 Modern Variant Rule)

Weapon Skill

This variant rule exists to reward a character for sticking with the same type of weapon for an extended period of time and specializing in it's use. This is done by providing bonuses to use of that weapon such as lowered reload time and increased accuracy based on the amount of kills and incapacitations caused with the type of weapon.

gollark: You don't need a variable length list. Just do `(int*)(index)` and you'll use the automatic global list™.
