Staff, very rare (requires attunement)

A length of unhealthy looking dark purple wood with a cap of blue metal on either end. It seems to emit whispers that are on the barest edge of your hearing. It has 50 charges, quite a large amount, and 1 returns for every hour spent in total darkness.
Spells: eldritch blast (11th level version, 1 charge), witch bolt (5th level version, 2 charges per turn), call lightning (6th level version, 4 charges).
